asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many colour television sets there are in the Palace of Westminster; and what is the television licence fee payable in respect of them.

There are 41 colour television sets in the Palace of Westminster provided from the Department's funds. Television licences are a matter for the relevant House authorities.
