asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has received on violations of the Nkomati accord between Mozambique and South Africa by the South African Government.

Representations have been received in the past from the Government of Mozambique. We have urged the South African Government to abide by both the letter and spirit of the accord.
