asked the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Woolwich (Mr. Cartwright) on 4 March, Official Report, column 602, if he will list all other restrictive covenants governing the southern boundary wall of the Park Vista site, Greenwich, to which he or any of his predecessors have been party; and if he will place copies of all such covenants in the Library.

There is no record of any restrictive covenant governing the southern boundary of this wall other than the one already placed in the Library.
