asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) when he intends to lay before Parliament the statutory orders designating the Breadalbane and Loch Lomond environmentally sensitive areas;(2) what sites he will consider for designation as environmentally sensitive areas in 1988 in Scotland.Mr. John MacKay: I shall reply to the hon.
