asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he has any proposals to change the present milk outgoers scheme; and if he will make a statement.

The first phase of the Milk (Community Outgoers Scheme) closed on 15 February 1987. We shall shortly be announcing details of a new national outgoers scheme under which the rate of compensation will be 27ยท49p per litre payable over seven years.
