asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what information he has as to how many accommodation agencies have continued to trade after successful prosecution; and how many directors of accommodation agencies have continued to trade after a successful prosecution.

We have no evidence that accommodation agencies or their directors have continued to trade after having been successfully prosecuted.
