20. Mr. Raynsford asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will make a statement on the policy and management of armed police raids.

This was a subject which was closely examined by the Home Office working group on police use of firearms whose conclusions and recommendations my right hon. Friend announced in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Norwich, North (Mr. Thompson) on 3 February at column 562–3.
