asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will indicate the percentage unemployment in the Stirling constituency for each month since January 1983.

The information requested is not available for parliamentary constituencies. However, unemployment percentage rates for the Stirling travel-to-work area from January 1983 to March 1987 (the latest date for which information is available) were as shown in the table below.
