Q57.

asked the Prime Minister if she will make a statement on her visit to the "Better Made in Britain" exhibition on Wednesday 8 April.

I was delighted to be able to open the two "Better Made in Britain" exhibitions on 8 April."Better Made in Britain" plays an important role in bringing together purchasers and potential suppliers, challenging United Kingdom manufacturers to match foreign goods in design, quality, price and delivery. I hope that the very large number of United Kingdom suppliers who visited the two exhibitions will vigorously follow up the contracts which they made there, to win back more United Kingdom business, with all this means for profits, jobs and living standards in the United Kingdom.
