Mr. George Foulkes, supported by Mr. Ernie Ross, Dr. Norman A. Godman, Mr. John Maxton, Mr. Tony Banks, Mr. Jeremy Corbyn, Mr. Tom Clarke, Mr. Willie W. Hamilton and Mr. Harry Cohen, presented a bill to regulate the carrying out and publication of results of public opinion polling and to set up a Supervisory Commission to oversee all aspects of political polls and their publication: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 12 June and to be printed.
