[pursuant to his reply, 8 May 1987, c. 548]: I regret that my original reply was incomplete. The full reply is as follows.Overseas electors' declaration forms were distributed widely by our diplomatic missions. Information is not available centrally on all the bodies which received copies of the forms, but in practice missions would have supplied copies to anybody, including a branch of Conservatives Abroad, which requested them.The need for guidance on the methods of distribution was considered jointly by this Department and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
