asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the urban programme 1987–88 for Leeds will be approved.

My Department is currently considering Leeds inner area programme in the light of further information about individual projects received on 11 June.

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the total urban programme for the financial years 1978–79 to 1987–88, estimated; and if he will list the outturn urban programme grants paid to each partnership, programme and designated authority and the estimated figure for 1987–88, showing also for each authority the level of funding in each year on (a) housing subsidy receivable and (b) block grants expressed in constant 1987–88 prices.
