Mr. James Pawsey, supported by Sir Rhodes Boyson, Mr, Archy Kirkwood, Mr. Richard Page, Mr. Gerald Bowden, Mr. Robert N. Wareing, Mr. Frank Field, Mr. Phillip Oppenheim, Mr. Kenneth Hind, Mr. Edward Leigh, and Mr. David Ashby, presented a Bill to extend to consumers certain rights as regards agreements to refer future differences to arbitration and for purposes connected therewith: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 29 January and to be printed.
