To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what conclusions he has come to in relation to the loss of a Harrier jump jet over southern England three weeks ago.

A board of inquiry was convened on 24 October but no firm conclusions have yet been reached as to the cause of the accident. A marine salvage operation to recover the aircraft from the Atlantic is being attempted.
