To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many complaints regarding low-flying aircraft he has received in relation to England, Scotland and Wales in the current year; and if he will make a statement.

Between 1 January and 31 October 1987 the Ministry of Defence received 3,471 inquiries and complaints about military low flying in relation to England, 563 in relation to Scotland and 760 in relation to Wales.
