To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many representations calling for the establishment of a Scottish Parliament he has received from (a) Scotland, (b) England, (c) Wales and (d) Northern Ireland since 11 June.

In that period, I have received 40 letters in favour of some form of devolution, of which 38 were from Scotland and two from England.
