To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will request the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys to conduct a review of its population figures for the North Tyneside borough council area for the years since 1983, in the light of discrepancies between the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys' figures and those calculated by other agencies; and if he will make a statement.
