To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will estimate what proportion of the recent fall in the fish harvest from the North sea is due to the current levels of pollution; and if he will make a statement.

Scientific studies by my Department indicate that pollution has a negligible effect on North sea fish catches.

68.

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what action he is taking to control pollution arising from agricultural activities.
