To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will allocate extra funds to Clwyd health authority in order to appoint two more speech therapists and two more physiotherapists to deal with children with special needs.

The bid submitted by Clwyd district health authority under the joint finance arrangements for the funding of two speech therapists and two physiotherapists is currently under consideration alongside all other joint finance bids. Decisions will be announced in the new year.
