To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how much each education authority in Wales spends per pupil per year on (a) textbooks, (b) materials and supplies, (d) computers, (d) video recorders, (e) video cameras, (f) television sets and (g) papers and reprographics.

Information in the form requested is not available. However, provisional information on the cost per primary and secondary pupils combined on text and library books together with educational equipment, stationery and material in respect of 1986–87 is as follows:
