To ask the Secretary of State for Wales whether the interview broadcast by BBC Radio Cymru with the Minister of State, the hon. Member for Conwy (Mr. Roberts) on Sunday 13 December at 1 pm, on the subject of a new Welsh Language Act, represented Government policy.
