To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the Atlantic Salmon Conservation Trust was recognised as a charitable body by the Inland Revenue office in Scotland; under which criteria for charitable status the trust was so recognised; and what is the value of tax relief granted in respect of payments to the trust for the last two years.

I regret that I cannot comment on the tax affairs of any particular body.
