To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the number of farms, the number of sheep and the area of land, in acres, under restriction in Wales as a result of radioactivity from the Chernobyl accident; and if he will make a statement.

There are, under restriction in Wales, some 416 holdings, covering about 210,000 acres and containing about 300,000 sheep.
