To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many prosecutions in Scotland for drink and driving offences causing (a) death, (b) injuries and (c) damages, for each year since 1979, have resulted in (i) acquittals, (ii) guilty verdicts, (iii) imprisonment, (iv) fines and (v) compensation to the victim.
