To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services whether supplementary benefits claimants who are tenants of homes built with no fines concrete are entitled to a heating addition.

Weekly supplementary benefit heating additions are not awarded specifically to claimants who live in homes built with no fines concrete. Heating additions are, however, available to householder claimants if their home is difficult to heat adequately because, for instance, rooms are damp or draughty.
