To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he has any plans to pay an official visit to Moscow.

My right hon. and learned Friend will be visiting the Soviet Union from 14 to 17 February at the invitation of the Soviet Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Eduard Shevardnadze. He expects to discuss a broad range of issues, including bilateral relations, arms control, regional questions and human rights.
