To ask the Attorney-General whether he will issue instructions for the removal of all offensive pin-ups in all departmental premises of his office and the Lord Chancellor's Office.

There is no need for the Lord Chancellor to issue such an instruction as there is no evidence that this is a problem in his Department. The Department's equal opportunity policy statement makes it clear that displays of pin-ups causing offence may amount to sexual harassment which will not be tolerated and may be the subject of disciplinary proceedings. There is no offensive pin-up in my own Department.
