To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many accidents there have been on the Winchester bypass in each of the last 10 years, and what percentage of these involved heavy goods vehicles.

The number of recorded personal injury accidents on the A33 between Compton and Bar End in the last 10 years is as follows:
