To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many car parks are run by the Department of the Environment (NI); how many are free and in how many charges are levied; and how many have been privatised since his answer on this matter to the hon. Member for Epping Forest on 3 April 1987.

The Department of the Environment (NI) controls 334 car parks of which 91 are charged and 243 are free. A total of 31 charged car parks are managed by the private sector. No car parks have been privatised since 3 April 1987.
