To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what progress has been made by Northern Ireland departments and statutory boards with the privatisation of services; and if he will make a statement.

The Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland is planning to privatise the artificial insemination service at 1 October 1988 and the pig carcase
