To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with his counterparts in NATO countries about naval arms control proposals; and if he will make a statement.

My right hon. and learned Friend has regular discussions on all aspects of arms control with his NATO colleagues.
