23.

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will take steps to convey to industry that economic progress will only be maintained by greater appreciation of the need for the highest quality, value, and reliable delivery to the customer of goods and services.

The whole thrust of the enterprise initiative is to promote best practice in these and other aspects of performance.
