To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what facilities are available for retraining for the disabled unemployed in Scotland.

The full range of Manpower Services Commission training programmes is available to the disabled in Scotland. In addition, there are four employment rehabilitation centres located at Bellshill, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow geared to helping the disabled and disadvantaged into employment. The range of training programmes and special help for the disabled is outlined in the Government's publication "Action for Jobs".
