To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what action he is taking to reduce delays for passengers at British airports.

Passenger flows at airports are influenced by a variety of factors, most of which are the responsibility of the airport operator. The Government seek to ensure that their own airport activities—including customs and immigration control—cause no unnecessary delay.
