I beg to move amendment No. 12, in page 3, line 9, leave out 'extends' and insert 'does not extend'.
I understand that matters such as those proposed in the Bill will be dealt with properly in Northern Ireland by making an Order in Council, hence the need for the amendment.Amendment agreed to.
