To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will give details of the action list submitted by London Underground to the King's Cross inquiry indicating (i) which programmes have been implemented, which planned and which considered, (ii) which of these items had previously been considered prior to that fire and the reasons for non-implementation of that stage and (iii) which items had been suggested prior to the fire by outside bodies as needing action and the source of the suggestion.

These are matters for the board of London Regional Transport as falling within its statutory responsibilities.
