To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list all agreements, memoranda of understanding and other formal arrangements which relate to special arrangements between the United Kingdom and the United States of America covering accidents involving United States nuclear weapons on British soil.

There is a formal arrangement between the British and United States Governments which sets out the roles and responsibilities of the respective authorities in the highly unlikely event of an accident on United Kingdom territory involving a United States nuclear weapon.
