To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what his policy is with regard to the use of tolls on the road infrastructure network; and if he will make a statement.

Tolls have been levied to finance certain costly estuarial crossings which provide exceptional benefits for users. In addition, tolls will be a means of paying for privately-financed roads.
