Travel Concessions

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what plans he has to make an order under section 93(7)(f) of the Transport Act 1985 to enable men between the ages of 60 and 64 years to receive the same travel concessions as are currently available to women.

I have no plans to change the present arrangements which link eligibility for travel concession for the elderly to state pensionable age.
