To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what submissions he has made to the European Commission, whether via normal interdepartmental channels or directly to the European Commission, to seek continuation of the present level of funding plus allowance for inflation for women's employment and workshop schemes; and what response has been received.

I have nothing to add to the reply given to the same question by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment.
