To ask the Minister for the Civil Service if he will list the quality of service performance indicators that have been introduced into the Civil Service college since its establishment as an agency.

Since the beginning of 1990, ratings of the quality of the Civil Service college's training, accommodation, catering and support services have contributed to an overall value for money indicator. This new performance indicator complements the course evaluation indicator which was in operation before the transition to agency status.
