To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he has made plans relating to the first stage of construction for the M4 missing link between Earlswood and Lôn Las to ensure that additional traffic lanes can be constructed with ease if traffic flows exceed predicted forecasts.

The design of this section of the M4 would permit an additional lane to be added in each direction with minimal disruption should future traffic levels justify it.
