5. Proceedings on the Bill or on any private business taken under paragraph 4 of this Order shall not be interrupted for the purposes of Standing Order No. 53 (Questions on voting on estimates etc.) and if on an allotted day Mr. Speaker is directed by that Standing Order (as modified by the Order of the House [12th March]) to put questions at Ten o'clock he shall put those questions at Ten o'clock or at the conclusion of the proceedings on the private business, whichever is the later.
