To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what he estimates would be the approximate annual yield of a road tax of £50 per car, and £100 per coach or lorry, with 100 per cent. supplements for foreign-registered vehicles entering an exclusion zone drawn on a radius of eight miles from the Aldwych in London.

I do not have annual figures for vehicles entering such an exclusion zone.
