To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what are the latest figures for (a) the number of people on the community charge register, (b) the number who have applied for rebates and (c) how many of these have been successful, for (i) Carmarthen district, (ii) the borough of Dinefwr and (iii) Wales.

The latest figures notified to me state the position as at 1 December 1989. These are:
