Local Authority Capital Expenditure

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give the estimated (a) investment in real terms, and (b) capital investment on capital programmes other than new build and renovation, by each local authority for each year since 1979.

The information is shown in the following tables. Information for 1979–80 and 1980–81 was not collected on a comparable basis and is therefore not included.
