To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to prevent the payment of royalties to criminals for artistic products arising from their criminal activities; and if he will make a statement.

I refer my hon. Friend to the answer given on 9 May at column 143 to his question about the payment of money to people convicted of murder by those making films about their crimes.
