Mr. David Winnick presented a Bill to prohibit former Ministers of the Crown, within a period of five years after leaving office, from accepting any employment with or payment from a company which was privatised while they were in office: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time on Friday 6 July and to be printed.
