To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many people with glaucoma and diabetes received free eye tests in Wales (a) in each quarter in 1988–89 and (b) in each quarter in 1989–90.

The data requested were not collected centrally before 1 April 1989, since when they have been collected on a six-monthly basis.
