To ask the Minister for the Arts in light of the recent decision by the House of Lords in the case of James Eastleigh Borough Council, what advice he is now offering to museums and galleries in respect of concessionary admission charges for elderly people.

I shall ensure that the national museums and galleries which I sponsor are aware of this recent decision by the House of Lords.
